Ozark Self Storage is located at 5560 N 22nd St. Ozark, MO. Turn west on State Hwy CC off of Hwy 65. Then turn north on 22nd St. at the next stoplight. We are located at the top of the hill.
Where is the office for Ozark Self Storage located?
We are a remotely operated storage facility, but we can still be reached via phone, email or fill out our online contact form. All our contact information can be found on our Contact Us page.
What are the office hours?
While we are a remotely operated storage facility, we can typically be reached M-F 9a to 5p.
What are the access hours?

How do I get my access code?
Once you complete your online move-in, you will receive a text message from Ozark Self Storage with your unit number, access code and access hours.
Will I have immediate access after I complete the move-in online?
If you make an advanced reservation, then yes. Otherwise we request up to 24 hours for the company lock to be removed.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
How wide are your drive lanes?
Our drive lanes are over 40ft wide. This allows ample room to back your boat, trailer or small RV into your storage space
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What does 24-hour access entail?
24-hour access means that you have unrestricted entry to a facility or service at any time of the day, allowing you to use or access it around the clock.
How do I know what size door the unit has?
Does your storage units have power in them?
Our units do provide the occupant with a basic 110 amp outlet in the unit.
Does your storage unit have a light?
The storage units at Ozark Self Storage do contain a single bulb to eluminate the storage unit.
What is the max amount of time you will hold a unit for with a reservation?
We will hold a storage unit up to 2 weeks once you pay our $20 reservation fee.
